On the first of August 2002, the Neuro Spine Center, a special hospital for the treatment of spinal column illnesses and the nervous system, was established under the control and supervision of the neurosurgeon Dr. Samir Al-Hami, and is opened now in Münsterfeldallee 2, Fulda.

The former Dental hospital of the US army, was converted to a modern neurosurgical hospital. The Neuro Spine Center has an area of approximately 1,800 square meters, divided between two floors. Dr. Al-Hami carries out his conceptions of a modern hospital with highest medical quality in the completion of this Neuro Spine Center.

All kinds of patients can be treated as emergency and/or in-patients in the two-story center, whereby "neuro" stands for nerves and "spine" for spinal column.
